Given that CN is one of four AEH suite products we had to insure that the products had a sustainable, flexible, and scalable design system while staying in alignment with Accenture's branding.
Our goal was to ensure designers and developers had a solution to stay in the loop with component updates and version tracking, design and interaction patterns, and general design system communications.
A major pain point of designing for an enterprise product with a team of 300 people globally is that files and structures can get messy quick if you're not careful. We mitigated that by establishing a handoff system that would allow us to iterate fast, communicate effectively, and keep control of our archival designs.
What we’ve covered is only a small fraction of what was implemented in Change Navigator. Since it’s launch, clients have been able to smoothly navigate transformation with the help of an intuitive interface and artificial intelligence backed by a robust help team to alleviate any challenges. As a globally-extended design team, we’ve managed to deliver a scalable product through collaboration, transparency, and having the willingness to tackle complex problems.
